You are likely one of the most self-aware, deeply reflective, and genuinely committed people in any room. You've done real work, can describe your patterns, identify your triggers, and recite your coping strategies. What you're ready for now is a space that meets all of that effort with something deeper, a place where insight becomes embodied, and understanding yourself becomes trusting yourself.
Our Mosaic Self is an intentionally affirming, anti-oppressive practice centered on LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. Every part of who you are belongs here, including the parts you've kept hidden, the ones that feel too much, and the ones still finding their voice. This is where your full mosaic gets to exist.
I'm a queer, neurodivergent Licensed Professional Counselor who knows this terrain from the inside. I was adopted as an infant, navigated relational trauma early in life, and spent years disconnected from my own body, instincts, and sense of wholeness. My healing began when I stopped treating the parts of myself I'd been taught to suppress as problems and started understanding them as sources of wisdom. That shift is at the center of everything I do with clients today.
I created Our Mosaic Self because belonging should never be conditional. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, IFS-Informed EMDR Therapist, and national trainer on LGBTQ+ mental health and trauma, I work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, couples, and clinicians who are ready to stop adapting themselves into exhaustion and start building lives and relationships that feel genuinely theirs.
Extended sessions for trauma that needs more room than a weekly hour allows. We'll use focused IFS and EMDR to work through what's been hard to reach at a regular pace, then integrate it before you leave the room.
Depth-oriented individual and relationship therapy for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people seeking lasting healing through IFS, EMDR, and somatic and attachment-informed therapy. Together, we'll process trauma, rebuild self-trust, and foster relationships grounded in authenticity and connection.
This workbook uses reflection, creativity, and nervous-system-informed exercises to help you explore your inner world with curiosity instead of judgment. Whether you're navigating trauma, burnout, or the quiet exhaustion of years spent masking, these pages move at your pace and meet you exactly where you are.
