Healing happens in relationships—with ourselves, with the people we love, and with the communities we build. Whether you're seeking individual therapy, relationship therapy, or guidance as a caregiver, you'll find an affirming space to deepen understanding, strengthen connection, and move toward lasting change.
Every service is rooted in relational safety, anti-oppressive care, and the belief that healing doesn't require becoming someone different—it begins by reconnecting with who you've always been.
For a long time, I believed healing came from understanding ourselves better. What I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, is that insight can only take us so far. Healing happens when we begin to experience something different, not just in how we understand ourselves, but in how we feel in our bodies, relate to ourselves, and connect with others.
I created Our Mosaic Self because I wanted to build the kind of practice I couldn't always find—a space where LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people could show up exactly as they are, where every part of a person is welcomed with curiosity instead of judgment, and where therapy honors both the pain we've carried and the strengths that helped us survive.
I'm Elle, a therapist, educator, and consultant specializing in trauma, childhood neglect, attachment wounds, OCD, and the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults. Through IFS, EMDR, and somatic and attachment-informed therapy, my goal is to help you move beyond understanding your patterns to experiencing lasting change—so you can trust yourself more deeply, build healthier relationships, and feel more at home within yourself.
