Therapy here is relational, active, and deeply human. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and our relationship is part of the work. You’ll be met with warmth and compassion, but also honesty and challenge. Together, we’ll notice what happens in the room, explore how old patterns show up in the present, and practice something different in real time.
The patterns feel too ingrained, the inner critic too loud, or the relational wounds too old. You're looking for a space that can hold the full complexity of what you're carrying.
Finding a therapist who genuinely understands the intersection of trauma, queerness, and neurodivergence without requiring you to educate them first has felt exhausting. You want to walk in and already feel seen.
Previous therapy gave you tools and perspective. It also felt clinical, surface-level, or focused on managing symptoms rather than understanding what's underneath them.
You can name your patterns, identify your triggers, and explain your history with clarity. And yet the same shame spirals, the same relational dynamics, the same exhaustion keeps surfacing.
We'll begin with a free 15-minute consultation where we talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions you have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. No pressure and no commitment required.
If we decide to move forward, we schedule a 90-minute intake session to go deeper into your history, patterns, and what feels most pressing. From there, we collaboratively decide what makes the most sense as a next step, whether that's weekly therapy, a trauma intensive, or something more targeted.
Weekly sessions are required for the first month to establish safety, trust, and a strong therapeutic foundation. After that, we revisit together what frequency and format feels most supportive for where you are.
Ready to begin weekly sessions?
Flexible Session Formats. Sessions run 55 minutes, with longer formats available if deeper work calls for it.
Integrated Clinical Approach. Every session draws from IFS, EMDR, somatic awareness, and attachment-informed therapy.
A Nervous-System Pace. Weekly sessions early on give us room to establish trust, then we adjust frequency together.
LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults and teens 14+ who want identity-affirming therapy that honors complexity and lived experience rather than rushing past it.
Sessions are collaborative and grounded in genuine relational safety. You bring what you're carrying, and we work at a rhythm that respects it. Weekly sessions build our foundation in the first month, then we shape a pace that fits what you actually need.
Reconnect with yourself through depth-oriented therapy for trauma, childhood neglect, attachment wounds, OCD, anxiety, and identity exploration. Together, we'll move beyond insight to build self-trust, emotional resilience, and a life that feels more authentic and connected.
Ready to rebuild connection together?
Flexible Session Formats. Sessions run 55 minutes, with longer formats available if deeper work calls for it.
An IFS-Informed Approach. Sessions use parts work, attachment theory, and relational interventions to help partners understand the patterns between them, communicate from a less reactive place, and build deeper connection.
Space for Every Structure. Support extends to couples, polycules, and other relationship constellations at any stage of the work.
Couples, partners, and polycules navigating conflict, trust ruptures, changing needs, or shifting identities, including neurodivergent-neurotypical partnerships and ethically non-monogamous relationships.
Sessions slow down reactive cycles so you and your partner can respond instead of react. We work with attachment patterns, protective parts, and nervous system responses to build honesty and safety together. Weekly sessions in the early stages create momentum for lasting change.
Our relationships often reflect the ways we've learned to survive. Relationship therapy helps you understand patterns, strengthen communication, navigate conflict with greater compassion, and create deeper, more secure connection. My practice welcomes monogamous, consensually non-monogamous, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent relationships.
Ready to go deeper?
A Required Prep Session. We meet first to assess readiness and map a pace your nervous system can sustain.
3-4 Hours of Focused Work. Extended time allows processing and integration to happen in the same sitting.
IFS and EMDR Integration. Sessions combine parts work and EMDR to move through what weekly pacing hasn't reached.
A preparation session comes first, so we can build readiness and pacing before deeper work begins. From there, extended sessions give us time to move through difficult material and return to ground, all within the same sitting. Nothing is rushed.
Sometimes an hour just isn’t enough. Intensives give us the time to stay with what’s emerging, go deeper without rushing, and work through patterns that can be difficult to reach when the session ends just as we’re getting somewhere.
A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available at $80 per session for those who need a lower fee. If cost is a barrier, you're welcome to bring that up during our consultation.
It depends on what you're working through. Some clients come with a focused goal and work intensively for several months. Others doing deeper trauma or identity work stay longer. There is no fixed timeline. What matters is that the work feels meaningful and that you always have a voice in how we proceed.
My approach integrates IFS, EMDR, relational, and attachment-informed therapy. I use these together because they address healing at multiple levels simultaneously, the nervous system, protective parts, and relational patterns shaped by early experience, supporting change that is felt in the body and sustained over time.
The free 15-minute consultation exists for exactly this. It's a low-pressure conversation where you can share what you're looking for and get a real sense of how I work. If I'm not the right fit for what you need, I'll tell you honestly and do my best to point you toward someone who is.
Both. In-person sessions take place at my office in Newtown, PA, and virtual sessions are available to clients located anywhere in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. If you're unsure which format works best for you, that's a great thing to explore during our consultation.
I don't bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill after each session for out-of-network reimbursement. If you have a PPO plan, your provider may cover a portion of the cost. I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before we begin.
If you've been looking for a space where every part of your identity is welcome, your nervous system is respected, and healing that reaches the deepest layers of your story, I'd love to hear from you.
